Instructions on Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SU Commerce GmbH, Kottmeier Str. 61, 12459 Berlin, E-Mail: info@camelionbattery.eu, Phone: [Insert phone number]) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

Please package the goods securely for transport to avoid damage. (This is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.)

4. No Right of Withdrawal for Entrepreneurs (B2B)

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts with entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB. In this case, returns will only be made by separate agreement.
