General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Technik24-7.de (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "seller") to consumers (§ 13 BGB - German Civil Code).

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

  1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. Errors excepted.
  2. By clicking the button "Order with obligation to pay" (or a corresponding clear formulation), you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
  3. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent together with the acceptance of the order immediately after submission by an automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation, the purchase contract has been concluded.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the seller's withdrawal policy.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

  1. The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.
  2. In addition to the prices stated, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

6. Delivery

  1. Delivery takes place within Germany and to selected European countries (see shipping information).
  2. Unless otherwise specified in the offer, the delivery time is approx. 2–5 working days within Germany.
  3. Should the ordered product not be available because we are not supplied with this product by our supplier through no fault of our own, we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, suggest the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will refund any payments already made immediately.

7. Payment

Payment can be made by advance payment, credit card, PayPal or other payment methods displayed in the order process.

  • Advance Payment: If you select advance payment, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
  • PayPal / Credit Card: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Warranty / Liability for Defects

The statutory liability for defects applies. For all defects of the purchased item occurring during the statutory warranty period, you have the statutory rights to supplementary performance, to remedy the defect/new delivery, and – if the statutory requirements are met – the further claims for reduction or withdrawal, as well as for damages.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
